Jalandhar September 13 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Department of Physiotherapy of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar observed World Physiotherapy Day and took the pledge to always serve the humanity. On this occasion, the students visited Red Cross School for Deaf (Maksooda) with their mentor Dr. Neeraj Katyal (HOD, Physiotherapy). The students spent the entire day with them and distributed sweets, stationery items and clothes there.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra said that our agenda is to make the students sensitive towards the under privileged and empathize with them. She added at ACFA, we aim to make our students not only able, expert and successful in their respective fields but also to make them a good human being and a responsible citizen. She appreciated the faculty members of Department of Physiotherapy for successfully for inculcating such values and sensitizing the students about the vital role they will be playing in the society as a doctor in near future.
