Jalandhar April 11 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Student Welfare Association of Apeejay College of Fine Arts Jalandhar organized a three-day cricket match for the college students in which 8 teams of college participated. The teams were titled- Titans, Tough Ones, Unbeatables, Invincibles, Supergiants, Fine Legs, Challengers, Top Gs.
Seven matches were played between these teams in 3 days in which Team Titans and Team Tough Ones reached the final match and with their impeccable performance. Abhinav Malhotra of BBA Semester 6th was the captain of the team Titons who along with his team won the match and came out victorious.
Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra awarded the winning team and encouraged them to keep working hard. She congratulated the other teams as well. She added one should learn from their experiences and strive hard to win in the future. She appreciated the efforts of Dr. Jagmohan Mago (Dean, SWA) and Dr. Payal Arora for successfully organizing this cricket match and encouraged them to continue the good work in future also.
