Jalandhar September 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- When it comes to providing quality education, Apeejay College of Fine Arts Jalandhar makes sure to leave no stones unturned and provide them ample opportunities to hone their talents in order to make them employable ready in the future. Considering the same, a guest lecture on the topic ‘How to crack competitive exams’ was organized by the PG Department of Commerce and Management, in which Ashutosh Chibber, alumnus of the college, MBA from IIM Raipur was present as a source speaker. Ashutosh Chhibber is currently working as Area Sales Manager in Pidilite Industry (Fevicol Division).
Addressing the students he said, ” In order to pass the competitive exams first of all we have to set our goal. This is followed by devoting more time in those subjects in which we are not strong or less confident. With this, time management, continuous practice and discipline are the key sources. He added that we should begin this preparation while pursuing our graduation degree. With this, we can ensure our success. “
Expressing her views on this guest lecture, Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra said that our college provides various opportunities to the students in which they can get the best employment by recognizing their skills and continuously working on it. Appreciating the efforts of Dr. Monika Mogla (Head, Department of Commerce) and Dr. Payal Arora, for organizing this guest lecture, she said that they should continue to conduct lectures on various burning topics in the future too so that students can identify and develop the necessary skills.
