Jalandhar March 7 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- A ‘Tramedy’ ,that is, a tragic speech on any character from the Shakespearean Play that is enacted in a humorous manner was organised by the English Literary Society. Nine students participated in the event enthusiastically. The competition was organised not only to develop a love for literature in them but also a passion for theatrical activities. Students exhibited exceptional oratory and emotional sensibilities.
President Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice – President Vinod Dada, other honourable members of the Managing Committee and the worthy Principal of the college Prof. Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the students for their participation. She also praised the efforts of the Head, Department of English, Mrs. Ujla Dada Joshi for organizing such events for the overall development of the students. The organising Committee comprised Mrs. Aabroo Sharma, Mrs. Gurjit Kaur and Dr. Indu Tyagi.
