Jalandhar August 19 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The PG Mass Communication & Video Production Department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya celebrated World Photography Day with Photography Competition. The participants were given 3 topics to click the photographs. The topics were – Nature, Colour and Texture. 70 students participated in this competition. These students were from HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, HMV, CT Institute, Maqsudan, GNDU Regional Campus Ladhewali and Makhan Lal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal.
The judgement was done by Head of Department Mrs. Rama Sharma. Ist Prize was won by Richa and Seema, 2nd Prize was won by Deepa and Anjali, 3rd Prize was won by Lovepreet Singh and Riya. Appreciation Certificate was given to Harshita. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the department and said that art of Photography is widely appreciated in the whole world. Photography not only click the movements but preserve them also. She appreciated the efforts of the department.
