
Jalandhar August 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- M.Sc. Botany students of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya brought laurels to the college. Keeping their institute legacy alive, 2 students crack NET/JRF examinations. This examination is one of the toughest examination of the country designed to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for positions as “Assistant Professors” and “Junior Research Fellows” in Indian Universities and Colleges.
Ms. Neha Devi cleared JRF/NET with All India Rank 197 while Ms. Kajal Sharma cleared NET with AIR 54. The exam results were cleared by NTA. On this occasion, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the students for bringing laurels to the institution. She said it is a moment of immense pride for us. She also attributed this success to the dedicated efforts of faculty members of Botany Department. Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Head of Botany Department also congratulated the students for this remarkable achievement.
