Jalandhar February 7 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- A one day workshop on ‘‘Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development’ was organized by the Institution’s Innovative Council. Students of department of Computer Science, Fashion Designing and Cosmetology participated enthusiastically. The Keynote Speaker of the day was Dr. Ashutosh, Associate Professor, GNA Business School, GNA University, Phagwara. The event commenced with a floral welcome to the guest.
While addressing the students, Dr. Ashutosh informed about the importance of entrepreneurship and how the startups are changing the economic scenario of the country. He further emphasised that instead of becoming job seekers, students should be encouraged to be job givers. He held that a steady movement in that direction would bring a new dawn in the country by carving a niche for entrepreneurs.
President Shri Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice-President Shri Vinod Dada, the honourable members of the Managing Committee and the worthy Principal Prof. Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of the Innovative Council in successfully organizing a workshop. It proved a beneficial session for the students. The stage was conducted by Ms Annie Ahuja, Convener of the Council. The workshop was also graced by Mrs.Renu Tondon, Mrs. Sunita Bhalla, Mrs. Shveta Mahajan, Dr. Renu Bala, Dr. Lovely Sharma, Mrs. Daljit Kaur and Mrs. Gurjit Kaur.
