Jalandhar February 17 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- An Inter-College/ School Tech-Fest “Tech-Symphonic 2023” was organized at LKCTC in which students from various Colleges/Institutes/ Schools participated and showcased their talent. The main objective of organizing Tech- Symphonic 2023 is the confluence of Wide Spectrum activities ranging from music, dance, fine arts and theatre to technical development skills thereby manifesting unity, healthy competition and harmony and inculcating managerial skills among students of the campus.
The Occasion was graced by Sardarni Balbir Kaur (President, Governing Council), Mr. Ramesh Lal Sarangal (New Chief Engineer, Distribution, North Zone, PSPCL) as Chief Guest and Dr S.K. Mishra (Registrar IKG PTU)as guest of honor.
The function commenced with traditional Welcome dance presented by Students of LKCTC. There after all the guests along with S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director A.A., KCL Group), Dr. S.K. Sood (Director, LKCTC) and Dr. R.S. Deol (Dy. Director A.A. KCL Group)inaugurated the event by Lighting the Lamp.
After that Dr. Sood welcome all the students and spectators in the festive.
The following events were organized:
Rangoli Competition, Salad making, Treasure Hunt, On the spot photography, Solo Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance (Western/ Folk), Best out of waste, LAN Gaming, Business Plan, Circuit Debug, Project Display, CAD Hunt and Bridge Making.
In group dance students showcased their talent by presenting traditional dance of various states such as Bhangra, Gidda, Kashmiri Dance, Kathak, Western dance, Rajasthani Dance and many more.
At the end Sardarni Balbir Kaur, Mr. Ramesh Lal Sarangal, Dr S.K. Mishra, S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha, Dr. S.K. Sood and Dr. R.S. Deol presented prizes to the winners and congratulated the organizing committee, faculty, staff & students for organizing such a Gala Event.
