Jalandhar December 25 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), a pioneer in women education always endeavours for the holistic development of its students. To inculcate human values and compassion for weaker sections of the society, PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration organised a Social Outreach Activity in collaboration with Social Outreach Department.
Three teachers namely Mrs. Ritu, Mrs. Namita and Ms. Deeksha went to Banarasi Das school, Transport Nagar adopted by KMV to donate caps and socks as a Christmas gift to the underprivileged children. On this occasion, students were given warm caps, socks and biscuits. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma congratulated Dr Neeraj Maini, Head, PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration and all the faculty members and the students for organising such a wonderful initiative. She averred that these kind of activities inculcates love and harmony among each other.
