Jalandhar May 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Department of Home Science of PCM SD Collegiate Senior Secondary School for Women, Jalandhar organized Flameless Cooking Competition for the students of XI and XII. Around 20 students from different streams participated enthusiastically and prepared mouth watering dishes like Protein Shots, Cheesy Crackers, Panipuri, Virgin Mojito, Healthy Shakes and Refreshing Drinks. The sumptuous dishes were presented creatively.
Principal Prof. (Dr.)Pooja Prashar and Mrs.Sushma Sharma, Incharge of the Collegiate Block appreciated the endeavours of all students. President Shri Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal applauded the efforts of the department for successfully organising the event.
