Jalandhar May 24 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Department of Physical Education of PCM S.D College for Women, Jalandhar held a National Webinar. Dr. Manohar Lal was invited as a resource person. Ms. Manpreet Kaur introduced the speaker. The theme of the webinar was “Contribution of Sports in promoting Gender Equality and Women Empowerment”.
Dr. Manohar Lal delivered a impressive lecture on the topic. He talked a lot about the contribution of women in sports and said that active participation of women in sports enhance the prestige of the society. He also talked about the need of gender equality in the society. At the outset, Mrs. Harvinder Kaur extended vote of thanks to the resource person and the participants.
