Jalandhar June 11 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Green and Environment Audit Cell of PCM S.D. College for Women organised Green Day Principal Prof.(Dr.) Pooja Prashar, faculty members and students wore green coloured attire on this day to showcase their bonding with nature. Two students, Simran and Pooja of B.A. Semester VI recited poems on the occasion which depicted their feelings for the mother nature.
Human beings are very busy in their lives that they have lost touch with nature and have failed to be grateful for the precious gifts it has given like air, water, greenery, etc. and it is very essential to revive love and concern for nature. President Shri Naresh Kunar Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the Management and Principal lauded the members of the Cell for organising such activities.
