Students from different states of India participate in the competition with full zeal and enthusiasm
Jalandhar June 16 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised online Inter College competition GANIT MANTHAN- 2022. The competition was organised by PG Department of Mathematics. Students from various colleges of India including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Punjab participated in this online competition with full zeal and enthusiasm. Three events Mathematical dance, e-collage on Vedic Mathematics and slogan writing on Pi were organised to inculcate the interest in Mathematics among students.
Students depicted effectively the application of Sutras of Vedic Maths in Arithmetic Calculator and also on Computer Architecture, Digital Signal Processing and Chip designing. They also beautifully presented rhythmic slogan to show application of Pi in daily life. Students also performed Mathematical dance to show the different graphs of a function.Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated all the winners & the organisers of the event Mrs. Veena Deepak (Head, PG Dept of Mathematics), Mrs. Anand Prabha & Dr. Natasha Sharma and entire faculty for taking the initiative to organise this meaningful event.
