Only cadet selected from 02 PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar
Jalandhar July 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC cadet SUO Vinakshi Choudhary brought laurels to KMV by attending Inter Directorate sports shooting competition 2023 at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala where she performed wonderfully well.She was the only cadet who got selected from 2 PB(G) BN NCC Jalandhar & got the honour to represent Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh where she scored highly.
She is now qualified for pre national Shooting tournament. She was selected for this camp after attending 5 selection camps at Chandigarh group. Principal Prof Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that such trainings were a vital part of holistic education provided by KMV to the students. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Department of NCC for working zealously to come up with a variety of opportunities and activities everyday so that girls can emerge as the future leaders of the Nation.
