Jalandhar January 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The NSS Wing of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar observed National Voters Day. Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra was present as a Chief Guest on this occasion. Dr. Simkee Dev, NSS Dean enlightened the students about the importance of this day.
Mr. Sandeep Singh of Department of Punjabi recited a self-composed poem ‘Chandi Rangi Nadi’. Dr. Vishav Bandhu Verma from Department of History talked about the challenges and successes of our Indian constitution over the years. He encouraged the young students to contribute in nation’s success. This was followed by the students taking a pledge.
Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra congratulated Dr. Simkee Dev, Dean NSS and her team for successfully organizing it.
