Jalandhar February 15 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- P.C.M.SD Collegiate Sr.Secondary School organized a sumptuous blessing day for the batch 2022-23 under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Prof. Pooja Prashar and Collegiate block incharge Mrs. Sushma Sharma. The event commenced with the lightning of ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest Dr.(Mrs) Pooja Prashar, the worthy Principal of the college. She motivated the students by encouraging them to proceed boldly with the goals and having courage in their hearts. The programme was organized inside the auditorium and commenced with the welcome address by Mrs. Monica Sharma.
The highlight of the function was the beautiful cultural presentations showcased by the students of both XI and XII batch. The students put forth a mix of scintillating dance performances, entertaining theatre melodies songs and pulsating music that rocked the auditorium. The judges Dr. Sugandhi Bhandari, Mrs. Kawaljit Kaur and Mrs Shaveta Mahajan were invited to present momentos to the prize winners.
The head Girl, Radhika Dhir delivered an address expressing gratitude to their mentors and teachers for their invaluable contribution in making their school journey a memorable one. Jaskiran kaur of XII was selected as Miss Gorgeous, Radhika as Miss Elegant and Parampreet as Miss P.C.M SD College. The event concluded with Mrs Sushma Sharma presenting a vote of thanks. President Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice – President Shri Vinod Dada and the worthy Principal of the college wished best of luck to the outgoing students.
