Jalandhar June 20 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar celebrated the International Yoga Day 2023 to foreground Yoga as the holistic approach to health and wellness. In 2014, the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi suggested the United Nations to observe June 21 as the International Yoga Day as it is the longest day of the year in the summer solstice.
