Jalandhar April 11 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Pencak Silat players of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya participated in All India Inter University Championship held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and won various positions. Km. Aarti Shukla got 1st position in Heavy Weight Category (85 KG), Km. Jiwanjot Kaur got 2nd position in Heavy Weight (100 KG) and Km. Neha Dolal got 1st position in 65 KG Weight Category.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the team and coach Mr. Pardeep Kumar. He gave best wishes to the players for their future events. On this occasion, faculty members of Physical Education Department Dr. Navneet Dhadda, Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur and Ms. Pragati were also present.
