Jalandhar June 13 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- To prepare students for the fierce competition in the job market, Post Graduate Department of Economics of Prem Chand Markanda S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized a workshop on “Resume Writing” in which faculty members of the department briefed the students regarding purpose and importance of a resume.
Students were also guided about the steps in resume making and how to make it impressive. They were also given hands on training on various resume-developing software that are available online and therefore, easily accessible to the students.
Various queries of the students regarding the topic were also addressed. President Shri Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other honorable members of the Management Committee and the worthy Principal of the college Prof. (Dr.) Pooja Parashar appreciated the efforts of the department for successfully organizing the workshop.
